Service is generally very poor

the breakfast buffet is good, but the service is very poor. Staff are only supposed to serve tea and coffee, yet it's a struggle to get anyone's attention.

The beach setup, the pool area, the view, the wonderful breakfast and the friendly and helpful staff. Very comfortable bed and bed linens. Good air conditioning system.

The room was a bit old. The restaurants were a bit expensive for the amount/quality of food.

Nothing interests me. The price is VERY HIGH compared to the facilities provided

I came 2012 and 14 years later its the same nothing developed nothing new

Loved everything but the accuracy of the kitchen to deliver the correct food choice. Every time we ordered something, it came wrong. Probably due to very few servers speak English.

Provide English lessons to employees who are servers and who deal with customers ordering food.

Perfect hotel perfect manager and perfect staff. Restaurant was really good in breakfast and meals, rooms was clean the house keepers comes to clean twice a day really good ? and will go back in summer.

Terrible customer service from the Manager in the Italian restaurant within the resort. He was rude and arrogant unlike the rest of the staff. I did complain to the GM but yet to hear of any outcome hence I have no choice but not recommend this resort.

The location was away from the crowded areas and right on the beach.

It was on the beach and alongside hills too. Perfect for a relaxing vacation. Staff was too amazing and attentive to all that we asked for

my stay at your hotel was wonderful. I would like to highlight the excellent work of the reception and your ladies in red, especially Sofia. The maids on our floor also did a great job.

Unfortunately, our holiday was spoiled by an incident that occurred in the Lola Rossa (Turkish) restaurant, from which we were forced to leave without having dinner and feeling very disappointed. The thing is that Mr. Yavuz, who was in charge of the restaurant that evening, refused to help us with comfortable seating on the terrace, saying that he had guests more important than us. I travel a lot around the world and have often stayed at Kempinski hotels, but I have never encountered such disrespect. I think that against the backdrop of this incident, I will now think twice before choosing a Kempinski hotel for accommodation.

Super location if you want to stay in the hotel and enjoy your quiet holidays. Everything is available at the hotel. Cristal clear water with a sun deck and a beach, nice swimming pool, overall a perfect hotel.

Food, ALL restaurants are not perse very bad but more that there is a bad service, everyone waited too long for their food but most of all the orders which were placed were just forgotten. I also think that this is a “Turkish men problem” too much ego from managers, walking behind the not very well trained staff, there is where the things go wrong, poor students are scared and obviously make mistakes, this is from my observation what is happening over there in the restaurants.

For this reason, I invite you to read it, to discover all its particularities.My previous suggestions for improvements have been largely followed with excellent results.The structure is very large, surrounded by greenery, some areas are isolated and discreet for those who want more tranquillity and privacy.Even in the most challenging and demanding moments, the whole staff always is ready to support you for an exciting and unique experience.This year the Italian restaurant Mammadrau was open and the experience was amazing.I suggest you taking the “all-inclusive” formula because the restaurants are “à la carte” and all the proposals are exceptional … it is impossible to resist the temptation; the prices are in line with those in Europe but the quality is really high.On the beach you can conveniently order drinks and meals (customizable) through a “QR code” positioned on the umbrellas.I want to express my sincere appreciation for the outstanding service provided by Guest Experience Manager Mevlut, his Lady in Red and the Concierge team. Mr. Mevlut is good at anticipating our needs and quickly solving problems as they arise. The Lady in Red team added a personal touch to our experience. The Concierge team was incredibly knowledgeable and efficient. Thanks to their hard work, our stay was truly memorable.If you need an energy boost, turn to Mr. Savas, the restaurants manager, a real gem, a concentrate of sympathy and vitality, fast, perfect, always available, the definition of problem solver.I must compliment the General Manager, Mr. Serkan Husunbeyi, who, with great discretion, humility and friendliness, is always present in the hotel.

The food and the atmosphere are incredible! The beach is beautiful also the infinite pool is dying for to see and take photos there lol! If you are influencer this is the spot to shine There’s 4 restaurants And each one of them has their own cuisine there is Asian and there is international and then Italian and then another international and on the beach.There is beach restaurant, Am I suggest if you are visiting the Kempenski each day book for one of these restaurant and enjoy the experience it’s amazing at the Asian one is the most amazing one.One of the manager his name is Savas Gure and his employee Kaan were amazing, friendly and really helpful with people they made us feel welcomed. We loved chatting with them and even asking for tips where to go and do.

Well they need to work on their All-inclusive approach. Comparing other resorts this is different. The time you checking out at 12:00 PM the all inclusive package expired. If you going to stay after the 12:00 lets say late flight consider that you going to use all the Facilities freely but you going to buy your food and beverages. Is not like the other resort even if you checked out you can eat and have beverages as much as you want. Consider this if you going to the resort Another mattar the language is huge barrier you need to have your google translate on the side! So you can communicate with the staff! Few people can talk and understand you but most of them they don’t.
